Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Storrx ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. What Storrx Is (and Is Not)
Storrx is a personal and family health management platform. It allows you to store lab reports, track vaccines, manage medication schedules, and receive AI-powered insights about your health data.
Storrx is not a medical device, diagnostic service, clinical decision support tool, or healthcare provider. It is not regulated as a medical product under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017 (India) or any equivalent regulation in any jurisdiction.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Important: All content, AI-generated insights, health scores, trend analyses, and information provided by Storrx is for personal record-keeping and informational awareness only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Do not act on Storrx's AI analysis without first verifying with a licensed doctor.
Storrx does not verify the accuracy of uploaded documents. AI analysis is based solely on data you provide and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
4. WhatsApp Reminders
By adding a WhatsApp number to your profile, you consent to receiving automated reminder messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API. WhatsApp reminders are a best-effort service— delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure, your network connectivity, and device availability.
Storrx does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered on time, or at all. Do not rely solely on Storrx reminders for critical medications. Always maintain independent backup systems for your medication schedules.
Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by removing your WhatsApp number from your profile settings.
5. User Accounts and Family Profiles
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration
- Keep your contact details up to date
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
- Not share your account with others
When creating profiles for family members, you represent that:
- You have their consent (or are their legal guardian if a minor) to store and manage their health data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered on their behalf
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
- Upload fraudulent, harmful, or fabricated health documents
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
Storrx offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described on the pricing page.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:
- All your profile data, health records, and uploaded documents are permanently and immediately deleted from our database
- This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances
- Active paid subscriptions are cancelled and no further charges will be made
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, code, trademarks, and branding are owned by Storrx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all health data and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant Storrx a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated insights or health analyses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Storrx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including, but not limited to, health decisions made based on information or AI insights provided by the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. If you are on a free plan, our total liability shall not exceed ₹500.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" and, for material changes, notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
